Clytemnestra Bookmark

This is a bookmark that I illustrated, portraying Clytemnestra the Queen of Mycenae before she killed her husband, the King, Agamemnon in order to avenge her daughter Iphigenia whom he had sacrificed. In this illustration I have shown Clytemnestra looking over her shoulder whilst holding a knife behind her back with a small smirk on her face, the concept was to portray her moments before she killed Agamemnon showing her looking positive as she believed this would bring Iphigenia justice. This illustration was made using watercolours , with some digital sketching over the top.
